Our identity
SKYE MANAGEMENT SARL is a strategic consulting firm founded in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso). We work with public, private and parastatal organizations in West Africa to strengthen their governance, improve their compliance and accelerate their institutional transformation.
Our positioning
We occupy a unique position: that of an African firm that masters the most demanding international standards, while understanding the operational, regulatory and cultural realities of the West African context. This dual competency is our differentiating advantage.
Regional footprint
Based in Burkina Faso, we are developing a regional presence covering the entire WAEMU and ECOWAS area. Our teams have conducted missions in more than eight countries, supporting financial institutions as well as projects funded by multilateral donors.
