Our recruitment process
Our recruitment process is rigorous and transparent. It generally includes: a phone pre-screening interview, a written case study, a technical interview with business managers, and a cultural fit interview with management. We commit to responding within 10 working days following each stage.
Phone pre-screening
A twenty-minute initial conversation with a team member to assess your profile fit and answer your first questions about the firm and the role.
Written case study
A 48-hour practical exercise to assess your analytical, structuring and writing skills on a governance or compliance challenge.
Technical interview
An in-depth one to two-hour discussion with business managers to explore your expertise, experience and methodological approach.
Cultural fit interview
A conversation with management about your vision, values and alignment with SKYE MANAGEMENT's culture. Response guaranteed within 10 working days.
